Hats and Headwear

Easiest way to price a job is to fill out a quote and we will reply with any questions or a quote. If you would rather figure it out on your own no problem, below is a chart for hats. If you need to know roughly how many stitches your logo would be contact us for a quote.

As an example, let's say your logo is 5,000 stitches and you would like to get 60 Flex Fit 6277 Hats. Simple to price. $2.50 for the embroidery, $5.00 for the hat, total of $7.50 each. Free set up and free shipping to the USA.

• Minimum qty for wholesale pricing is 12 hats. We will do you as little as 1 hat if needed, but expect to pay Set up, Shipping and retail pricing.
• Pricing per Garment. 
• We can do embroidery in various locations on a hat including; Center Front, offset to either front panel, either side or both, and rear.  Additional embroidery locations will affect price.
• Artwork must be provided.  Vector EPS/AI/PDF or Layered 300dpi PSD at actual print size in inches. If you need artwork we can help.
• Mix and Match Hat colors/sizes/styles/thread colors as long as the logo is in the same location on all hats.
• Up to 15 colors per hat is possible.
• Standard production time is 5-10 business days from the time of payment.  Full Payment is required up front. Estimate of production time is given at time of order.
• Specialty Threads PMS Matching possible, contact us for quote.

We also offer many brands like Flex Fit, Sportsman, Valucap, Champion, Mega Cap, Taylormade, Bayside and Original Chuck. If you prefer another brand/style please let us know and we will see about getting it for you.  Keep in mind some styles will be special order and require minimum orders per size/color. Contact us if you have something specific in mind not listed here!

Jackets, Work Shirts and other Flat Work.

We also embroider Jackets, Work Shirts, and various other goods. We have access to many brands to suit your needs. Due to the wide range of work that is done on flat work pricing will vary a good bit from one job to the next based on complexity of the artwork, size of order and items being embroidered. Contact us for a custom quote. Our most common used brand for Jackets/Workshirts is Dickies. We have other brands though.
